What is a Privacy Policy?
A Privacy Policy is a notice that explains a company's policies and processes for collecting, and managing your Personal Information, to inform how you can review and change that Personal Information, and provide you with a way to opt-out of certain marketing activities.
What types of Personal Information does the MGM MIRAGE Privacy Policy address?
MGM MIRAGE's Privacy Policy addresses Personal Information that you provide to MGM MIRAGE when you visit our properties and websites. All of the Personal Information MGM MIRAGE collects and manages is information that you voluntarily provide. Examples include:

How does MGM MIRAGE collect my Personal Information?
MGM MIRAGE collects your Personal Information when we process transactions for you. Examples of these transactions include:
Making a reservation
Signing an online guestbook
Joining Players Club
Purchasing show tickets or merchandise
Registering online to receive promotional information
Completing a marker authorization (credit) application
How is my Personal Information used?
MGM MIRAGE uses Personal Information to send you promotions, offers and invitations; to confirm your identity when you confirm reservations or have questions about your Players Club account; and to offer you additional products and services.
Some promotions and offers will be delivered through our Partners, which are marketing relationships that allow us to offer additional products and services you may find valuable.
How do I confirm the accuracy of my Personal Information?
You may create a Preference Account, which allows your to view and update your Personal Information and chose your communication preferences. You may log into your Preference Account by visiting any MGM MIRAGE Web Site and select “Email Promotions” or “Guestbook.” Players Club members may view their Personal Information by logging into their playersclub.com account. Or you may confirm your Personal Information by visiting any Players Club Desk or by calling (866) 761-7111.
What is a Preference Account?
A Preference Account gives you the ability to choose which MGM MIRAGE Resorts and Casinos you would like to hear from and how. You are also able to view and update your Personal Information.
How will Partners contact me?
Our Partners may communicate with you via email, direct mail, or telephone.
Can I choose not to share my Personal Information with Partners?
Yes. If you choose to opt-out from receiving offers from Partners, your Personal Information will not be shared for marketing purposes but you will continue to receive communications from MGM MIRAGE resorts. However, your Personal Information may be shared with Partners and other 3rd Parties for non-marketing purposes such as process a reservation or purchase.
How do I opt-out from receiving offers from MGM MIRAGE and Partners?
If you do not wish to receive offers from MGM MIRAGE and/or Partners, please choose one of the following options:
(1) Click here to opt-out via the Internet.
(2) Email privacy@mgmmirage.com.
(3) If you are a Players Club member, log into your account at playersclub.com and select "Update" on your Member Home Page.

How does MGM MIRAGE ensure that my Personal Information is secure?
The security of your information is extremely important to us. Administrative and technical security measures are in place to protect your information from inappropriate use.
How does MGM MIRAGE use cookies?
MGM MIRAGE websites use cookie technology to associate a unique identifier to your computer so we may generate statistics regarding your usage of our sites. For example, we store your preferences for viewing MGM MIRAGE websites so that you will not have to reset your preferences on future visits.

Do I have to be a certain age to visit the MGM MIRAGE resorts and casinos and Web Sites?
Certain areas and activates are intended for people 21 years of age or older. If you are under age 18 we ask that you do not provide information to us, nor will we knowingly collect information from people under the age of 18.
