A: Show tickets are subject to availability. Tickets are not available for all price categories at all performances. Limited seating is available for select performances.

A: Air and hotel package reservations whose show ticket reservations are not requested prior to March 22, 2010 will forfeit their promotional tickets.
Q: How do I reserve additional show tickets?
A: Notify the Reservationist at the time you are redeeming your show tickets that you want to purchase additional show tickets. They will assist in booking additional tickets at the retail price.
Q: What if I cancel my air and hotel package reservation?
A: If you cancel your air and hotel package reservation, your show tickets will also be cancelled.
Q: What does it mean by "Show tickets can only be redeemed by the PRIMARY person whose name appears on the Air / Hotel Package reservation."?
A: The PRIMARY person is the guest whose name appears first on the air and hotel package reservation.
Q: Where do I pick up my show tickets?
A: Show tickets are available for pick up at the Box Office of your specific performance only after you have checked into your hotel. Photo ID and your room key are required in order to receive your show tickets.
Q: When do I pick up my show tickets?
A: All show tickets must be retrieved no later than 4 hours prior to the designated performance. Show tickets not picket up at least 4 hours prior to the beginning of the performance will be released.
Q: What if I wish to change the tickets that are reserved for me?
A: Tickets are non-transferable and no exchanges will be made.
Q: What if I have reserved multiple rooms and we wish to reserve the same show?
A: This promotion is not eligible for group bookings. If you reserved more than one room on your air and hotel package, notify the Reservationist that you have booked multiple rooms and provide the corresponding confirmation numbers. Adjoining seats can not be guaranteed.
